The Heavy Duty ® SW 200 is a twin screw fine material washer, classifier and dewaterer. The recommended maximum material size is 3/8" (10mm). The approximate capacity of the SW 200 Sand Screw is 100-200 TPH, which is approximately twice the capacity of the SW 100.

Fine Material Washers
Fine Material Washers achieve dewatering by conveying the product up an inclined tub to allow free water to drain from the material. Using a close-clearance curved plate on one side of the conveyor shaft and a drainage trough on the other side, water is allowed to drain from the product as the spiraled shaft delivers the material up the inclined curved plate.
